Policy Changes

Please note: We may periodically update our Studio Policies without notice by posting a revised version on this site. It is your responsibility to check these policies regularly. Your continued use of Sunset Core’s website, app, or any of our services after any changes to these Studio Policies signifies your acceptance of the updated policies.

Cancellation Policy

We know life gets busy and unexpected commitments come up, but we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness and to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for spots in class.

In order to avoid the applicable cancellation fees and/or forfeiture of classes, please be sure to cancel prior to the 12-hour cancellation window. You must cancel the booking yourself either via our website or app. Please do not call or email to cancel your reservation. Cancellations will only be accepted through the app or website and will not be valid if made by phone or email. The cancellation fees are listed below. There are no exceptions.

Cancellation Fees

late cancel occurs when you cancel a class less than 12 hours before its scheduled start time. This will either result in a $20 fee or forfeiture of class, as outlined below.

no show occurs when you fail to cancel a class entirely and then do not show up for your scheduled class. A $20 fee will be charged for a no show or a forfeiture of class, as outlined below. This no show fee and/or forfeiture of class will also apply if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

For the below listed class packs and memberships, a Late Cancel or No Show will result in the loss of class.

  • Intro Pack (Buy-One, Get One Free)

  • Two for One/Bring a Friend

  • Intro Pack of 3 Classes

  • Single Class

  • 5-Pack

  • 10-Pack

  • 20-Pack

  • 4X a month Membership

  • 8X a month Membership

For the below listed memberships, a Late Cancel or a No Show will result in a $20 fee.

  • Unlimited First Month for $199

  • Unlimited Monthly (No Commitment)

  • Unlimited Monthly (3 Month Commitment)

Any private or semi-private sessions or private studio buy-out cancellations made within 12-hours of the booked time will result in the full fee being charged. 

New Clients – Arriving to Class

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to receive your introduction to the machine.

  • Late arrivals: If you arrive after class has started, you will not be allowed to join. This policy is in place for your safety and to ensure you are properly familiarized with the machine before the class begins.  You will be assessed a no show fee and/or forfeiture of class if you do not arrive early.

Trainer Substitutions

  • When purchasing a class, you are paying for the class itself, not a specific instructor.

  • Instructors and class schedules may change without notice.

  • We do not offer refunds for instructor substitutions or schedule changes.

Grip Socks

  • Grip socks are mandatory for all classes, with no exceptions.

  • Regular socks without grips are not permitted.

Waitlist Policy

If a spot becomes available up to 12 hours before the class start time, you will be automatically added to the class. To ensure you are properly enrolled, please log in and check your schedule directly either through our website or the app. If you are added to a class that you can no longer attend, please cancel before the 12-hour cancellation window to avoid any Late Cancel/No Show fee(s) and/or class forfeitures.

Additional Notes

  • Sunset Core is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Cell phones must be put away during class to maintain focus and respect for others.

  • New Client Specials and promotions are available for first-time clients only and may be redeemed once per customer.

  • A valid credit card must be kept on file for all accounts, at all times.

  • For billing, booking and expiration purposes, a “month” is defined as any 30 consecutive days, rather than a calendar month.

  • Memberships have an expiration date from the date of your first class, not the purchase date of the membership.

  • You are bound by all listed expiration dates and auto-renewal memberships.

  • Packages do not roll-over.

  • For all membership packages, you may only attend one class per day.
